Specifically designed for the plastic extrusion and injection moulding fields, where the problem of dies and nozzles cleaning is very frequent. Due to the working high temperatures of the oven, cleaning time is very short and replace the traditional heating with blowpipe, according to CE safety norms.
Material employement
Frame: Made in AISI 316 stainless steel
Oven: made with first quality insulating material resistant ot temperature up to 1250°C
Heater: made in nichel-chrome 80/20
Working temperature: from 0°C to 850°C
The oven is supplied with
- Acoustic and/or visual indicator of the end of working cycle
- Temperature digital detector with probe
- Timer
- Manual and automatic control to set up the working program
- Emergency button
